#define Jeff

I write software for a living. I have been doing this for nearly (yikes!) 30 years. In that time, I’ve worked on lots of different things, but in general it’s mostly been desktop software. Perhaps you’ve heard of these:

  • SourceGear DiffMerge, a visual file comparison/merging tool.
  • AbiWord, an Open Source word processor.
  • Spyglass Mosaic (now known as Internet Explorer), a web browser.

I have a M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University and a B.A. in Mathematics from Indiana University.

Currently, I am a software developer at SourceGear. We develop source code version control tools. I split my time between the company office in Champaign, IL and my home office in Jeffersonville, IN.
